We didn’t wear bike helmets. We crossed the street against the light. Then we got our driver’s licenses, and things really got nuts! But now we are parents, and we have a higher authority to answer to — our partners. So fight the urge to show the kids how much fun we used to have playing in traffic. Teach them how to get home safely.
